Jackie’s son, Neil, has come and is going on to Honolulu and Waikiki tomorrow morning. We have had most of July together and it has been wonderful; Getting to know each other, getting to know the Big Island of Hawaii and working together to teach MOM how to communicate with all our friends and family. We leave Friday evening for Canada; we plan to visit with many of you, my doctor, our dentist and our esodynamic practitioner. We Fly into Vancouver and will be based atJackie's brother's home in Chilliwack (Richard and JoAnne's). We plan to visit Yakima, Osoyoos, Vancouver Island, Sorrento, Calgary, Montreal, Ottawa, Calgary, Vernon, back to Chilliwack then on to Mt Vernon, Tacoma and Fox island, Washington. We have again arrived at a turning point in our lives. We return to Kona to start a CrossRoads DTS (Discipleship Training School) with YWAM (Youth With A Mission). This is a new direction, both terrifying and exciting for Jackie. John has done this same DTS 2 years ago so he will be auditing the course material while still being involved with the group. Our OutReach location has not yet been determined and we expect to be back in Kona by March sometime.
Our time at the Korean Natural Farm (aka.The Garden) has come to an end. Another Garden in Jackie’s history! A HoneyMoon Year for Jackie and John! Many new friends and experiences added to our Lives. What a special time God has given us here “in Hawaii”!
