Our black '98 Pontiac Grand Prix adventure!

Last Sunday we went to Mission, car hunting; We bought a '98 Pontiac Grand Prix. The radiator ---> leaked (a 6 inch crack), it took me 4 hours to clean, it took John an hour to take the glue off from the black vinyl window coverings, a headlight was all fogged up and we discovered that the window wipers don't work. The weird noise is the tires ... it has those popular, thin tires that let you feel every bump in the road. Well, we spent yesterday morning, here in Yakima, dealing with the rad and the afternoon at the auto wreckers dealing with most of the other things. We now know how to replace the wiper motor as we did it three times! The problem is in the switch not the motor; now we plan to reroute power around the switch until we get back to Chilliwack.

What was Father-God thinking when he directed us to this car? A definite "No" on the 1st car we saw; 5 definite "No's" on the second car (Jackie liked that one!) and clear directions and a "yes, this is the one!" to finding this one! We have met some interesting people as a result of all this. We are wondering who will be the person who buys it when the time comes in late September??? We are surely having an adventure!
